Chef Jack

Chef Jack’s love for food developed early on and grew in to his insatiable love of all things culinary. He draws on over 10 years of experience in many different modalities of the food industry. From retail meat and seafood mongering and commercial kitchen management, to fine dining catering and private chef work. He provides memorable dining services, pairing expertly prepared meals with top notch service. He is also a passionate teacher and loves to share his knowledge with team building and cooking class participants

Chef Colm

Chef Colm graduated from culinary school and has worked in fine dining restaurants across the world, including Europe at Michelin restaurants, Dubai and Vancouver British Columbia. He has mastered an array of cuisines that can be presented through his cooking using local and seasonal ingredients. He is extremely passionate about the food that he puts on a plate and creates unforgettable dining experiences.
