Do you need help getting healthy and delicious meals on table? My custom meal prep services are designed based on your dietary needs and preferences. I enjoy cooking for all dietary restrictions including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, paleo, low FODMAP, etc. I believe everyone deserves to eat delicious food! And it’s easier to stick your dietary plan if you love what you’re eating. My services include custom menu planning, shopping, cooking and packaging. Pricing for services are based your specific needs, and cost of ingredients and delivery fees are charged separately.
